​Welcome to Servants of Hope Ministries! We are a passionate nonprofit mission organization based in Texas, committed to transforming lives through the teachings of Jesus Christ. Founded in 2014, our mission is to make disciples of Jesus by spreading His love and serving communities in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Through our dedicated programs and initiatives, we strive to bring hope, support, and lasting change to those in need. Our Mission

What We Do
Community Outreach: Our programs focus on supporting children, families, and local communities through educational initiatives, discipleship classes, and community development projects.

Short-Term Mission Trips: We organize mission trips to Costa Rica and Nicaragua, offering individuals the chance to serve, grow in their faith, and make a tangible impact.
Volunteer Opportunities: We welcome volunteers who share our passion for service and are eager to make a difference.
Our History
Servants of Hope Ministries was founded in 2014 by Jerry and Ginger Maynard after they returned to the United States from serving as full-time missionaries in Costa Rica. The Maynards reside in Sulphur Springs, Texas, and have three daughters: Morgan, Kasie, and Lauren. Jerry owned East Texas Landscaping in Sulphur Springs for 20 years, and Ginger is an occupational therapist specializing in therapy for individuals with hand problems.

Jerry is the Missions Pastor, and Ginger is the Discipleship Director at Bright Star Church in Como, Texas. They are deeply committed to their roles and the mission of Servants of Hope Ministries.​ Their ultimate hope is to return overseas as full-time missionaries in the near future.
